Drilling Services

Warrior Drilling is experienced in planning and implementing overland drill programs and civil projects using skid and carrier mounted drills. We have a track record of success on land, water and ice, in urban centers and mine sites and in remote wilderness, and high altitude mountain environments.

We operate drill rigs in various configurations and sizes including deep hole, skid mounted, carrier mounted, helicopter ready, barge mounted and man-portable drill rigs for general purpose core drilling for exploration and geotechnical investigations.

Our surface drills can be configured for any environment and deliver consistent, accurate and continuous sampling for our clients. Decades of safe experience and the ability to problem solve up-front allows us to tailor our drilling to our client’s needs.

Geotechnical

We provide full geotechnical and environmental drilling services such as dam site and bridge site investigations, hydrological drilling and restricted access investigations. This precision work is undertaken in conjunction with core drilling projects or as exclusively geotechnical operations. Requirements for triple-tube coring, triple-tube coring with scalable liners, over-coring and precision aligned coring are readily accomplished.

Deep Hole

Warrior Drilling maintains a number of deeper hole surface drills such as our Marcotte 2500, capable of drilling 2,500 meters N.

Electric hydraulic underground deep hole drill rigs including our B-20 drills provide drilling capacity up to 1,100 meters N.

Fly

Where environmental concerns or the remoteness of a project preclude road building, aircraft support is paramount. Warrior Drilling’s light weight, modular drill designs reduce downtime for our clients, while improving the safety of crews during drill mobilization.

We use fly ready drill rigs capable of drilling to 800 meters N for drilling programs in areas that are difficult to access or are environmentally sensitive.

Directional

Warrior Drilling has the experience and the equipment to provide either traditional wedging services or advanced directional drilling services utilizing downhole motors to create branches off a primary pilot hole.

Starting from the primary pilot hole, wedges or downhole motors are used to create branches to test multiple targets at depth. These projects require drill crews with experience in deep hole drilling and directional drilling.
